Vonn Page
Master Elevation Coach, Lifestyle & Health Coach, LifeCoach & NASM CPT, DotFIT Certified, CrossTrainer & BootCamp Instructor Vonn uses his background in Football, Boxing & CrossFit as key components when crafting different approaches to take on in the health & fitness field. Vonn with over 10 years of experience in his athletic background uses his creativity when combining functional exercises across many different platforms of training & coaching, aiding in his unique CrossTraining-Style. Applying this variance to many areas of life whether it be fitness or health focused. Vonn believes that the world around us, is Pure Art. He believes that through his practice of CrossTraining, he can teach the world how to be more creative in regards to their own bodies with health & wellness, viewing Fitness as the ART OF MOVEMENT. In which we can all develop our own unique capabilities, & enhance those capabilities, to better endure the world around us. As well as bulletproofing & strengthening our minds with a mental fortitude of progression that aims to set goals in front of us that keep us motivated and hungry for growth in our future. Besides Vonn’s role as a Coach. He’s also an active, Credit & Finance Coach, Finance Health Professional, Music Artist, Competitive CrossFitter, Investor, Serial Entrepreneur, & Founder/CEO of The Royal Link Armada Tribe & The Armada Trifecta.

Coach Dre
NAFC Certified fitness trainer, and degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. With her background in health, fitness, as well as nutrition with over 8 years of experience. Her passion for fitness and nutrition began through becoming a mother to her first child and wanting to give her child the best nutrition possible, while training to get back to pre-pregnancy weight and set the best example possible for her child. Not only did fitness and nutrition improve her quality of life, it improved her state of mind and ability to become a better person and gave her the drive to better the lives of others. Though Andrea has played sports prior, and also has experience in a swim league. Andrea’s approach to training relies heavily on the fundamentals of Functional Training and Weight Training, incorporating movements from the activities of daily life that are unique to each individual, and appropriate for all ages. Through these practices she will aid her clients in improving their own lives!

Coach Cassi
A passionate ISSA certified group fitness trainer and yoga instructor who uses a combination of HIIT, strength training, and mobility as a foundation for her class style. Her history as a globally ranked artistic swimmer and contortionist led her to understand the power of breath and technique as the building blocks of fitness. Her bubbly personality and fitness knowledge are ready to help you meet your goals, while cheering you on every step of the way!

Coach Josh
A dedicated ISSA fitness professional specializing in CrossTraining and hypertrophy training. With a focus on functional strength and muscle development, creating dynamic programs that push clients to achieve peak performance and their fitness goals. As a youth program coach, Josh is passionate about mentoring young athletes, fostering discipline, and building foundational skills for lifelong health and fitness. Whether you’re looking to elevate your strength, refine your technique, or inspire the next generation, Josh is committed to guiding you every step of the way!

Coach Nisha
Nishamari is Buffalo native with a background in Health & Wellness and Exercise Science. She has been a certified personal trainer since 2017. With NASM certifications in Personal Training, Virtual Coaching, and Nutrition Coaching, they combine expertise with a passion for helping others build positive relationships with food and fitness. As a disaster assistance specialist, foodie, and nature lover, she thrives on exploring innovative ways to stay fit while traveling and inspiring others to embrace a healthier, balanced lifestyle.

Jamilla
As a dedicated Client Success Manager at the Armada CrossTraining gym, Jamilla is passionate about building strong relationships and ensuring the long – term success of clients. With a solid background in customer service, project management, and problem solving, Jamilla works closely with the clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs. Jamilla has over 20 years of customer service experience and has developed a deep understanding of client needs, helping to drive customer satisfaction and retention. She excels in creating seamless experiences, providing exceptional support, and driving continuous improvement to exceed client expectations. Jamilla is committed to delivering value at every stage of the customer journey, ensuring clients feel supported and empowered as they achieve their fitness objectives. With a focus on collaboration and clear communication, Jamilla fosters trust and positive partnerships, making sure clients see measurable results. When not working at the gym, Jamilla enjoys other physical activities such as boxing and biking. She holds a B.S in Business Administration and an M.S. in Creativity and Leadership.

Your Training Space
Armada CrossTraining is a 2,000-square-foot fitness space designed for functional movement, strength training, and conditioning. Located in a warehouse-style building, our gym provides an open, energetic environment with plenty of room to move. While we don’t have showers, the facility includes public restrooms, an athlete lounge, and a fully equipped coaching space. Whether you’re here for a high-intensity boot camp or a focused semi-private session, you’ll train in a space built for results.

Train With the Best Equipment
We believe in training with purpose, which is why Armada CrossTraining is stocked with top-tier functional fitness equipment. Our gym features barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, rigs, rowing machines, air bikes, and TRX suspension straps. You’ll also find GHD and Nordic machines, sandbags, slam balls, foam rollers, and massage guns for recovery. Whatever your fitness level, our equipment is designed to help you train smarter, get stronger, and push past your limits.
